Account Watchlist

Know when a target account starts moving.

Track the companies you want to win. Kustiq re-checks each one every week and posts what changed: a new tool on their site, a segment shift, a growth or buying-signal update. The watchlist is included on every plan.

How it works

From tracked account to signal in 4 steps

01

Track

Add an account from its profile, an outreach prospect, a Contact Finder result, or a directory listing, or paste a domain on the Signals page.

02

Baseline

Tracking stores a baseline right away if Kustiq already profiled the account; otherwise the first weekly check stores it. A baseline never fires an alert, there is nothing to compare yet.

03

Re-check

Every week Kustiq re-reads the account's live website and public search footprint and builds a fresh snapshot.

04

Alert

Changes land in your Signals feed. The workspace owner also gets one summary email after any run that found changes, and Pro workspaces can add a signal.detected webhook.

Signal types

What counts as a signal

New tool detected

Something new shows up in the account's tech stack. A support widget, an analytics tag, a competitor's script.

Segment changed

The account reads as a different kind of business than it did last week, which usually means a pivot or a repositioning.

Growth signal changed

The growth read moves: funding, a hiring surge, expansion, or contraction.

New buying signals

Fresh evidence that the account is in the market for something you sell.

Tier changed

The account's fit tier moves up or down as its evidence changes.

Tool and segment changes come from the weekly web re-check. Growth, buying-signal, and tier changes update when a newer Kustiq profile or outreach run touches the account. Every signal stores the previous and current value, so you can see exactly what moved.

FAQ

Questions about the watchlist

Where do the signals come from?
Each weekly check re-reads the account's own public website and search footprint, the same snapshot pipeline behind Kustiq's public company pages. Growth, buying-signal, and tier changes arrive when a newer Kustiq profile or outreach run updates the account. None of it comes from intent-data brokers or tracking pixels.
How often is each account checked?
Once a week. Tracking stores a baseline right away when Kustiq has already profiled the account; otherwise the first weekly check stores it. Alerts start as soon as there is a baseline to compare against.
What does the watchlist cost?
Nothing beyond your plan. Free workspaces track up to 5 accounts, Insight 100, Pro 500. Weekly re-checks use no credits.
How do alerts arrive?
Three places: the Signals feed in your dashboard, a summary email to the workspace owner after any run that found changes, and a signal.detected webhook on Pro workspaces that have webhooks configured. A quiet week sends nothing.
Is this intent data?
No bought intent feeds are involved. Intent-data vendors sell bidstream and cookie inference about who visited what. Kustiq reads what the account's own public web presence says this week versus last week, and every signal stores the before and after value so you can check the evidence yourself.
Where does my watchlist data go?
Tracked domains are stored on Kustiq infrastructure and used to run your weekly checks, never sold and never used to train third-party models. Untrack an account any time and it drops out of the weekly checks from that moment. Full data flow is documented at /privacy and /dpa.
