- How do credits work?
- Each plan includes monthly credits that reset each billing cycle. Economy profiling costs 0.33 credits, Standard costs 1 credit, and Premium costs 2 credits. Extra credits can be purchased anytime and never expire. See the pricing page for full details.
- How do I connect HubSpot?
- Go to Integrations in your dashboard and click Connect HubSpot. You will be redirected to HubSpot to authorize Kustiq. The integration is available on all plans. See the HubSpot integration docs for a full step-by-step guide.
- What data sources does Kustiq use to profile companies?
- Kustiq profiles companies using publicly available web data. Our engine analyzes the company website, searches for public information via the Serper API, and processes everything through Anthropic's AI models. We do not use purchased databases, browser extension data, or third-party intent data providers.
- How do I cancel or change my plan?
- Go to Billing in your dashboard. You can upgrade instantly (prorated charges) or downgrade at the end of your current billing period. To cancel, click Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data through the dashboard export feature. Personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for product improvement.
- How long does a company profile take?
- Most profiles complete in 30 to 90 seconds depending on the quality tier selected. Economy is fastest, Premium is most thorough. Batch imports run as background jobs with progress tracking.
- Can I invite my team?
- Yes. Go to Settings in your dashboard to invite team members by email. Kustiq supports role-based access control with 6 granular permissions. The organization owner manages billing and permissions for all team members.
- What is the bug bounty program?
- If you find a bug in Kustiq, report it through the Bug Bounty page in your dashboard. If we confirm the bug, you earn 100 credits. Similarly, you can submit feature requests and earn 100 credits if we build your idea.
