BillingHow do I cancel or change my plan?
Open Billing in the dashboard. Upgrade applies instantly with prorated charges. Downgrade applies at the end of the current period. Cancel keeps the plan active until the paid period ends, then drops the account to the free tier.
BillingWhat happens to my data if I cancel?
After cancellation you have 30 days to export everything from Billing. Personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Aggregated, anonymised data may stay for product improvement.
CreditsHow do credits work?
Each plan ships monthly credits that reset on the billing date. One credit profiles one company. Extra credits start at $0.30 each (volume discount down to $0.20) and never expire. Full table on the pricing page.
CreditsWhat is the bug bounty?
File a reproducible bug through Bug Bounty in the dashboard. Confirmed bugs pay 100 credits to your account. Same payout if a feature request you submit gets shipped.
ProfileHow long does a company profile take?
Most profiles finish in under 60 seconds. Batch imports run as background jobs with progress tracking. If a single domain stalls past 3 minutes, the pipeline aborts and refunds the credit automatically.
ProfileWhat data sources does Kustiq use?
Kustiq profiles companies from public web data only. The pipeline reads the company website, runs targeted SERP queries through Serper, then classifies the result. No purchased databases, no extension scrapers, no third-party intent feeds.
IntegrationsHow do I connect HubSpot?
Open Integrations in the dashboard, click Connect HubSpot, finish the OAuth handshake. The integration is on every plan. Field mapping and a step-by-step screencap live in the HubSpot docs.
AccountCan I invite my team?
Open Settings → Team in the dashboard. Invitations go by email. Kustiq supports role-based access with 6 granular permissions. The org owner controls billing and can promote, demote, or remove anyone.
